Atty. what if my sister have hdo kasi po sabi nila meron..2012 po yung warrant then 2012 din po yung hdo nabalitaan lng po wala namn po letter na dumating or na advice na me hdo po.. magigi problema po ba yun if mag renew abroad ang sister ko ng passport nya? Madedeport po ba sya? Or ma deny ang renewal?

Yes atty, its qualified theft.but only warrant was forwarded no copy of hdo.

The HDO is usually not forwarded to the one given a warrant of arrest (as far as I know), since it is the court who issues such to the DFA and airport authorities.

Why did your sister not face the case filed against her? Her renewal may be complicated because of the pending case in court. She should face that as soon as possible to establish her innocence in court with a proper defense attorney representing her.

Atty my sister did not face it coz she know that in time she would be in prison and wala pomsya maibabayad if pumayag n mgsettle and so instead she flew to another country to work kasi po sabi nung natanungan nmin na pao n nghandle ng case pde daw ma settle in time basta daw po bayaran ko po yung amount then unfortunately po d maganda ngyari sa work ng sister ko kasi po mababa lng yung sahod.. and me anak pa po sya ngaaral so d po nkaipon ng ganung amount..
