Hello Everyone -

I would like to seek legal advice pertaining to our Dad's documents (property, contracts, and lease agreements etc). The said documents are suspected under the possession of our stepmom (live-in partner).

I'd like to know what are legal options to compel our stepmom to surrender to us the legal documents that own by our Dad. Our worry is that she (stepmom) could use the documents to transfer some of my Dad's properties to her sons (half-brothers).

Since 2016, me and my other siblings are the one who takes care of our Dad.
