Hi po. Matagal na po kaming hiwalay ng asawa ko. Pero di po kami naannull. Ngayon po ay nagpakasal sya sa America. Maidedemanda ko ba sya kahit matagal na kaming di nagsasama? Legal po ang kasal namin at dito kami sa Pilipinas kinasal nuong 2000. Pumunta siya sa america year 2011 at hindi kelan man nagsustento sa anak namin mula nuon. Last year lang sya nagstart magbigay ng pakonti konti dahil may hiningi siyang pabor sa akin.

If you are planning to file a case against your legal spouse, then it must be filed in the US since our courts generally cannot get jurisdiction over those who are residing in another country.

If you have relatives in the US, you must talk to them and ask them to consult a lawyer in the state where your husband is currently residing so that they will know what options you have if ever you are determined to file a case against your erring husband.
