Is a part-timer employee entitled to statutory benefits like 13th month, SIL? Employee works as fulltime employee of Company A and as part-timer of Company B.

Employee is entitled to statutory benefits with Company A. How about Company B? Do they have to give same benefits to Employee? Is Company B required by law to provide statutory benefits to this part-time employee.

Please clarify. Thank you

I need a labor lawyer. I have filed illegal dismissal with nlrc and my former company refuse to settle and i now need to submit position paper. I honestly do not have enough money to pay for a lawyer . Im 55 yrs old had been with Alorica for 11 1/2 yrs . The company claims i was terminated for SERIOUS MISCONDUCT bec i submitted an invalid med cert. But this stemmed from the companies refusal to grant all my vl request despite the fact that i have 104 hours available vl credits. I am willing to give a certain percentage from the claim. I was advised by the Arbiter to better get a lawyer other than PAO so the lawyer can better handle and concentrate on the case. I am required to submit the position paper by the 28th of september. Please help. Thank you
