Good day po!
Umaasa po ako na makakarating at mababasa po ninyo itong letter ko po sa inyo mam/sir. I would like to ask for some legal advice po sana mam/sir.
Frankly speaking po mam/sir, I am a mistress, and my partner now is legally married, though mag two years na po silang hindi nagsasama ng wife niya dahil wala na din pong maayos ng communication at lagi silang nag-aaway, at wala din po silang anak. Kami ay 8 months na pong bf and gf, and now I am carrying his child po.
Actually po aware na before hand ang wife nya na may mga naging gf po yung husband dito sa Pilipinas since OFW po siya. At aware din po siya na isa ako duon. At first talagang inaway po niya ako, at nakakareceive ng mga masasakit na salita which I accepted dahil may right siya bilang asawa. Never po akong nakipag-away sa kanya, tinanggap ko po lahat yun. Nakipaghiwalay po ako sa bf ko that time, at iyon din alam ng wife niya. Pero after a couple of months nagkabalikan po kami since love namin ang isat-isa at talagang ayaw na din po talaga ng bf ko sa wife niya.
Hanggang sa nabuntis nga po ako, and then nalaman nga ng wife niya, at ngayon talagang nanggugulo sya using a Fake account in facebook, she is slandering my name and photos with the involvement sa company name where I am working with. Adding my work colleague in Facebook account and pinagkakalat and giving threats that ipapatanggal sa work, and dawit ang company ko for tolerating my immoral acts.
P.S Hindi po kami nagsasama ng bf ko sa isang bahay. At nagkikita lang po kami once in awhile. Also he is not working within the company I am working with.
Below are my questions and concerns po sana, and asking for enlightenment ;
1. Will I be and my partner be imprisoned since the wife is aware that I am pregnant with his husband, though we are not living together? Though she doesn't have a picture with us together.
2. Does my company will be aggravated for tolerating this act? Or does my company has the right against her for slandering the company's name and reputation in social accounts using a fake account?
3. Do i have right against the wife for slandering my name and photo in social accounts together with the company I am working with, using a fake account, (name and picture)?
4. What action should I take if the wife will go here in my place of work, and make scandalous act to embarrassed me in public?
5. What legal possibilities may happened to us between my baby and also to my partner?
I hope and praying to hear from you soon po mam/sir, I am really desperate in looking for answers po mam/sir.
