Ang asawa ko po kasi ay nasa Dubai ngayon,may mga picture po sila ng babae niya na andoon din sa Dubai. Yong mga picture po nila po ay magkahalikan,at meron pang magkayakap na nakahiga na naka topless ang husband ko.
May anak po kaming dalawang babae..Ano po ba ang maari kong gawin sa kanila? Hanggang ngayon po kasi sila pa. Maari ko po bang ipakulong o kasuhan ng CONCUBINAGE Question

better to seek and have a conc evidence if there was sexual intercorx between your husband and the girlalu:) just see to it lng na ikaw ang legal wife "mano po" if ever? you can file a civil case againts hes juwawers and bigamy maybe to your habibi:)

kasal po kami ng husband ko. Hindi ba sapat ang mga picture na hubad ang asawa ko magkati sila ng babae magkayakap na nakahiga? At inamin na din ng babae na ilang beses na daw may nangyari sa kanila.. Pinagmamayabang pa nga nilang may relasyon sila naka lagay pa sa fb nila na "in a relationship to".. Tingin niyo po tama po ba yun? No

From what I've learned in this forum, hindi enough ang facebook picture or status kasi they can easily deny and create alibis for everything posted in that site.

Dapat talaga may matindi kang evidence of sexual relations, video or something ata. Just my two cents.

if they are kissing, you can use that as evidence that they have a relationship but not a sexual one, and definitely not for concubinage because our criminal laws do not apply outside the ph.

what i did for my client was to write a letter to the mistress to inform her that the man was married.
