depende kung anu ang napagusapan ng mga may ari ng kumpanya. kung i retain ang employees dapat tuloy tuloy lang ang years of service pati ang benefits nyo walang magbabago o kaya kung papalitan kayong mga empleyado dapat bayaran kayo ng separation pay
