hi po. ask ko lng po, ngpalit ng name company nmin then iba n rn ung may ari. wala nmn pnapirmhan sming bagong contract n under s bagong name ng company. bawal po ba ito? i mean may law po b n dpat pnibagong sign n ng contract mga empleyado? sbi kz ni employer same lng dn ng iba lng ng name and ownership.
