I have been working in the same company since June 2007. However, we were just informed about the Magna Carta for Women in April or May 2018, during a meeting sponsored by the company HR.
Can I still claim my Magna Carta benefits considering that my surgery happened after the effectivity of Magna Carta but was not offered (In fact, it was not even in place) by my company until it was officially disclosed to the employees this year?
