Bouncing Check BP 22

Hi, I'm from Manila, and the person gave me checks is from Baguio City and issued the following:

• Mar 14, 2018 Php200,000.00
  Mar 18, 2018 Php321,000.00
  May 30, 2018 Php160,500.00
  May 18, 2018 Php200,000.00
  

                    TOTAL Php881,500.00

I have few questions, hope you can help me.

1. Can we deposit the checks even if She (check issuer) closed her account?

2. Is it better to give the 'Notice of Dishonor' through registered mail or personal?

3. Where do we file a complaint, Makati or in Baguio, and where would be the hearing? Do I need a lawyer to file it or I can do it by myself?

4. How much would be the filing fees?

5. If I win the case can she pay me back the whole amount plus damages?

Can a warrant of arrest be issued even if the debtor did not receive any notice of dishonor?

Is ok not to have an attorney in creating and giving the ‘Notice of Dishonor’?
