i just want to check kung ano ang best option for us para mapabilis ang legal separation namin ng asawa ko kasi I am currently married but ang wife ko is already a citizen in australia and was also married to an australian citizen last year. gusto ko na din magpakasal sa current partner ko pero hindi namin alam kung paano ang proseso ng legal separation. hope matulungan nyo po ako. salamat.

if she was already an australian citizen when she filed for divorce against you (i'm assuming she did this else her australian marriage is bigamous), you should consider filing a petition for recognition of foreign judgment
