none. i am voluntarily about to report at SSS head office since i would neet to claim for the death of my sister. i know a would be liable. we are looking at 8 months receipt of the pension. i have no choice as i don't have the money for medications and chemo.

there will probably be a request to return part of the money but only based on a late report of death.
