late filing po ng leave sir, kasi ngkasakit ako kya di ako nkapasok ng 2 days.. i had attached medical certificate nung time na ngfile ako the day na nkapasok na ko. about sa workload naman po napaka minimal po ang work ko, I am an office staff pero prang display lng ako sa ofiz, wla ganu ginagawa.

may 15-16 ngkasakit po ako kaya di na ako pinabyahe ng mother ko,nagsabi nlng ako sa kawork ko na di ako mkakapasok., may 17 nagfile ako ng leave with attachment ng Med.
