Goodday attyLLL, nag preterm labor aq nung march29 after 3 hours namatay ung baby q... ang problema ndi ma rehistro.c baby kc.d xa lumampas ng 24 hours meron xang live birth at cert of death. For statistical purpose hanggang ngayun d q pa nkkuha ung claim dahil lacking sa d ma rehistro c baby please help kng anung ggawin q

una, dapat na advance na nang employer mo yung SSS maternity benefit bago ka pa lang manganak.

Kung ayaw nila iconsider as born na yung baby dahil hindi maregister, I think pwede parin dapat iconsider yung case mo as miscarriage for purposes of processing of maternity benefits sa SSS. https://www.alburovillanueva.com/guide-labor-standards
