8 years ago , i gave birth to my son and the company where i am working as regular employee gave me 2 month salary aside from the SSS maternity benefit...
now, i am pregnant and will give birth on june...they told me that the benefit that i will receive is ONLY the SSS'..in our employee manual,it is stipulated that as regular employee, i will receive "full 12 month-salary in a year despite of not being fully loaded".will the company need to pay me the 2-month salary aside from SSS BENEFIT?
