Arresto Menor

Hi, I would just like to inquire my situation. I have a Mon-Tuesday off working on a graveyard shift. I was given a notice on Wednesday that I will be transitioning to morning shift (training) the next Monday with a morning schedule that will run for 5 days. They have given me a transition OFF on Sunday para hindi tuloy-tuloy na more than 7 days yung trabaho ko.

Now I am being deducted because I went on rest day on Mon-Tue plus transition off on Sunday.

Is it legal to deduct an employee who just followed the rules provided to him/her?
