Gusto ko pong lumaban for my parents..
29 years old na po ako and since birth dito napo kami nakatira sa lupa ng lolo ko. Parents ko ang nagpatayo ng bahay from scratch. Then last month all of a sudden gusto na kaming paalisin agad agad ng lolo ko sa bahay namin.
Ano po ba ang pwede naming gawin, kailangan po ba naming umalis or may karapatan kami sa bahay?

may karapatan kayo sa bahay. pwede kayo mag demand ng compensation para sa nagastos nyo sa pagpapatayo ng bahay. seek the help of the barangay.

Pano or sino po mag c-compute ng compensation at saan po hihingi ng tulong aside barangay, actually wala po alam chairman namin. And kapag nabayaran na po ba kami need na namin umalis? or pwede po bang hindi kami magpabayad at hindi umalis sa bahay?
FYI lang po asa lolo ko po yung title ng lupa.

Hello,

You may ask for the services of a Real Estate Appraiser, provided that you are in agreement with the owner that the only fair way to come to the value of the house is by a third person. You may check out the Manila Board of Realtors (on fb).

The thing is, if the owners are in need of the lot and even if it's your grandparent and you may have an interest in the lot (as your parent's inheritance), they have every right to use/dispose of it.

good day, yung grandparents ko po is biglang gusto na tumira sa bahay namin next week, kung hindi daw po kami aalis bahala daw po kami pero lahat daw po ng gamit nila ay dadalhin na nila sa bahay at doon na titira, pwede po ba namin sila hindi papasukin ng bahay kahit may barangay officials silang kasama?

hello just an update lang po, yung title po ng lupa is nakapangalan po pala sa father ng grandfather ko na patay na, may right pa rin po ba ang grandfather ko na magpaalis samin? and what if may dalang court order ang grandfather ko need na po ba naming umalis agad?
