Eto po situation namin ngayon, please help po, Thank you in advance.
Na complete na po yung bentahan ng lupa namin. Na subdivide po yung farmlot and meron na din po mga new titles sa mga new owners, in other words ok na po lahat ng papers though nasamin pa yung copy ng land titles. Nakabayad na din yung mga new owner sa ahente tapos binayadan na din po kami ng ahente with 2 checks ang problem po is yung 1 check tumalbog po. Tinatry po namin kausapin at habulin yung ahente pero di na po nagrereply. Need advise on how we can collect the remaining balance thru legal remedies.
