Would like to ask for advice. My aunt died last feb and she left a bank account at bdo. A joint a count and a dollar account solely to her. They already made Extra judicial and other necessary document needed by the bank. But the issue is my cousins are in abroad. Only their sister and father is here. My cousins are in two different countries, one is working at UAE and the other is already a citizen at Mulan and not a filipino citizen anymore. What should they do?

all those abroad can execute an SPA authorizing someone here to sign the EJS for them.

Yes that is the advice they gave us. But the problem is with regards to my cousin who is now an Italian Citizen. she said that she cant get red ribbon or consularized spa. But my cousin she cant get any of it. The bank and a lawyer that we need to send the EJS to italy. And consularized it there. But my cousin said she can no longer consularized it.. i dont know if its true or what but thats what she said

Ask your cousin the reason why she cannot process a SPA in Italy. Maybe she just doesn't want to due to the hassle?

She already went there and ask for SPA. Unforunately she was not given a SpA bcoz she is an Italian citizen and even here passport and other valid id are Italy. Thats what she told us
