good day po Atty., ask ko lang po sana kung saan pa pwede iappeal
ang kaso kung bias po ang Fiscal? Sobrang wala naman po kasi batayan
ang kaso pero inaaprove nya na may probable cause, if ever po ba na
may resolution na ang fiscal, final na po ba yun? Hindi na po ba
pwede mag motion na mareview muna bago mapunta sa court? Kung pwede
po na mapareview po, saan po kami dapat lumapit para mareview po
ng patas un kaso, may character po kasi yun Fiscal na nababayaran
po. Salamat po sa advice.

you have 10 days from receipt to file a motion for reconsideration. you can also file a motion to inhibit if you can prove your allegation of bias.
