Good evening. I’m currently caught up in this scenario: I have a colleague who went through “ALL” my private messages and allegedly got copies (screenshots/ photos) of some. The thread had very sensitive personal issues that she might have read as well. The computer used was an office computer wherein the hardware was a property of the company. But, the software installed had my personal private data and number inputed to activate my account was my private number as well. Given these, i would like to file against her as i felt my privacy was invaded. Would I have a case?

why not report her first to HR? do you have proof that she did so? if you want to escalate further, you can charge her at the cyber crime division of the PNP
