Good day..ask ko lng po sana if legal po b ung ginagawa smen ng employer nmen na whole week po kme ng ot ot..schedule po nmen ay lagi 6 2 6...6 lg khit gabi.wala nman po cla pinapipirmahan if gusto nmen mg overtym.kahit po holiday ay 6 2 6 pa rin po kme.Almost 2 years n clang d nghihire kaya po kulang p rin kme s manpower

Bayad nman po..pero pag d ka ng ot eh pde ka mkasuhan ng insubordination? Khit holiday pa..dhil my schedule dw.. 6 2 6 rin un khit holiday...pwd b kame tumangi na hindi mg ot?

Thanks po.... Ask ko lng po bout s article 89 na un.... 24/7 po ang production nmen...hindi po ntigil line nmen start ng sat ng gabi hangang sat ng umaga... Almost a year n po kmeng ot lg..... Pag naglabas ng sched supervisor ay 6 2 6 po kme buong week.... Pg po b nk 8 hrs n kme ay pede n kme mgpaalam para hindi mg ot.... Hindi po b dapat ay daily ang pag papapirma nila kung kme b ay mg oot oh hindi?

If you want to work for 8 hours only, you should tell your superior to have you scheduled at 8 hours a day because once they set the schedule and you immediately did not render OT on the said date, baka kasuhan ka ng insubordination or abandonment.
