Greetings,

2. Since I am an OFW may way po ba na mapabilis ang processing ng transfer? (let`s say mga 1 or 2 months or less) Paano po ang gagawin?

3. kailangan po ba ng lawyer as middleman to speed up the processing?

you don't need a lawyer; but you need someone on the ground working for you. 8 months is too long if all all documents are available.

sadly, the legal remedy is to file a complaint at hlurb but takes longer than 8 months
