Guys. Need ng comments po ninyo. We are planning to hire one service crew for our foodcart business in QC. comment lang po kung naaayon sa batas yung salary and benefits.

1. one crew Monday to saturday
2. Below minimum salary
3. All sundays rest day
4. All regular holidays rest day
5. All absences- deduction sa salary
6. 13th month pay
7. Xmas cash gift
8. Xmas gift certificate
9. Anniversary bonus
10. Annual health check up and labtest
11. SSS, philhealth
12. Rest day kapag pumasok is considered OT (plus 1day salary)

12# you only need to pay +30%
