Hi po, I would like to ask po kung pwede ko papirmahin yung soon to be ex ko ng NDA tungkol sa mga nangyari sa relationship namin. Gusto ko lng po sana na maprotektahan yung privacy sa buhay ko. May mga cases po kasi akong nababasa at napapanood through media and social media na binablack mail po ng ex yung dating partner nya sa pagpopost ng mga details sa lahat ng nangyari sa relationship. Is it possible po ba na magkaron ng NDA?is ie enforceable po b? do i need to give a consideration to other party (e.g. Cash)?will it need to be notarized?

on its face, yes, two persons can enter into an NDA; I do not believe compensation is required, but to make sure, just add 'for value received'. if it were breached and could be proven, then you could seek damages and compensation as per the agreement.

however, for practical purposes, if what you're afraid of is revenge by a former partner, there are too many ways to mask identity and if done in such a way, you might not be able to prove who actually released information.
