Hello There Group mates... Hihingi lang po ako ng Advice... We are Renting an Apartment and they Required us to Pay 1 mo Deposit and 2 mos Advance in which I Obliged... Since Aug Payment was ok... Pero Last 2017 of December... Na Confine po ang Dalawa kpong anak.. Nagbayad po Kami syempre sa Hospital.. Nawala lahat sa Plano po ang mga Budget namin at naapektuhan ang Finances namin... May batas po ba kami as Tenant na Gamitin muna kahit isang Buwan doon sa Na Deposito ko? Malaking Bagay po iyon para maayos ang Budgetting namin... Dumami po Bigla ang aming Utang dahil sa Hospital Bills at Medicines... I Hope Someone can Advise me...... Godbless

the deposit cannot be offset for your monthly rentals because that is security for maintaining the property, unless the owner agrees to it. give your lessor a time table when you'll be able to be fully paid
