The thing is, I am not a customer of this company and the unpaid amount in the text message is not mine.
I reported this issue to the said company in August last year but until today, I still receive monthly text messages despite their assurances that they'll stop the notification. Every month I receive a spam text from them and I remind them to stop this every single time.
I know we do not have an anti-spam law here in the Philippines, but is there any legal action I can take to resolve this? I mean, they keep asking me to pay an amount that I do not owe to them... Isn't this considered harrassment already? I'd appreciate some helpful advice from you guys.
