Multiple Registration NSO

Nagrequest po ako ng birth certificate sa PSA, yung binigay po nila na copy iba yung last name. Bale, last name ng unang asawa ng nanay ko. Chineck po nila record sa system at nakita po nila na:
- pinaregister ako ng unang asawa ng nanay ko under his last name a month after ako ipanganak.
- late registration c\o my biological father which is second husband ng nanay ko . Lahat ng records ko, health and school, ito ang ginagamit ko.

Ang iissue daw po nila sa akin is yung pinakaunang registration ko which is in conflict po sa mga records ko. Ano po ang easiest way to address this?

NOTE: Deceased na po parents ko pati po yung first husband ng nanay ko.

If your mother and her legal husband were still married at the time you were born, the legal presumption is that he is your father, and only he has the right to contest whether he is actually the father. Even if you were able to get a DNA test showing that another man is your father, under current law, there is no solution
