I was civil married 1989 at Manila City Hall , separated 1992, not yet annulled, my husband got married again year 2000, what is the legality of his 2nd marriage? , being separated for a long time ground for legal separation? Is my marriage still binding?

The status of your husband's 2nd marriage is void.

Separated for a long period of time constitute as abandonment for a period of more than 1 yr.. It is a ground for legal separation.

Your marriage is still valid and subsisting until annulled or declared as nullity.
