nope mali yan. basta luampas ng 8 hours ang trabaho yung sobra ay considered overtime. But you have to understand kelangan more than 8 hours ang trabahao to be considered overtime. If late ka at 4pm ka na pumasok, yung 6pm to 9pm is not considered overtime

also make sure na may approved OT form ka para mabayaran.
