Arresto Menor

Nung April 23-25 naghahabol ng production kami so pinayagan kaming mag overtime hanggat kaya namin. Ayaw ibigay yung sakin kasi 72 hours straight ang nakalagay sa time card ko. Impossible daw na kaya ng tao mag trabaho ng 72 na diretso. Checker lang naman kasi ang trabaho ko, make sure na tamang bilang ang nakalagay sa isang paleta. Umiiglip ako ng pa isa isang oras pero hindi naman ako lumabas sa work area kaya naka time in ako.

hanggang ngayon di ko pa nakukuha yung sahod para dun sa overtime kasi "falsified" daw yung time card.

Pwede ba ako mag file ng reklamo?
