Hi Guys,

Happy New Year. I need advice/instruction po. I just got married last december 07, 2017. Last Dec. 29, nakuha ko na sa church yung isa sa original copy ng marriage contract namin, however, dun ko lang po napansin na wrong birthmonth yung nakalagay sa birthday ko. Imbes na december naging october po (wrong church ceremony din yung nailagay nila (nevermind na lang yun). Naiparegister na din po nila yun sa munisipyo ng dasmarinas cavite. refer to the local civil registrar at sila mag aadvise ng process for correction.

File a Petition for Correction at the Office of the Local Civil Registrar. There is a pro forma form that they have now I think.
