ask ko lang po nagkamali kasi ng entry un civil registrar ng birthdate ng wife ko instead of september 6,1980 naging september 3,1980 dun sa marriage certificate namin recently lang po nmin napansin after 3 yrs of our marriage...( un NSO birth certificate nya po september 6, 1980 )....magpapalit na po kasi sya ng passport at status from single to married eh may descrepancy po sa birthdate...sakop pa po ba ng RA9048 ang ganitong error sa marriage certificate? sana lang po di na dumaan pa sa court proceeding...tks

the dfa won't allow it?

dates are normally not allowed to be changed as clerical errors, but you can try because this is probable. You should inquire at the local civil registrar where the marriage certificate was filed.

try pa lang po namin AttyLLL paguwi sa pinas dun na sya mag pa renew...sana nga po pumayag ang civil registrar kasi po nagkamali sila ng kopya sa birth certificate ng wife ko...salamat po& God Bless U more sa pagtulong!

ATTY. INSTEAD NA SEPTEMBER 26 PO AY 25 ANG NAILAGAY SA MARRIAGE KO FROM THE BEGINNING, PAG HINDI PO BA PINAAYOS AY PWEDENG MAGING GROUNDS NG NULLITY OR VOID IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE?

No! This is just technical error! unless it's the wrong  year, obviously para dayain ang edad!
