Hi everyone. Advance happy New year! Please I need your opinions regarding my son's financial support.. he wasn't able to take his father's surname for the reason of wala pa ang tatay niya pagkapanganak ko last December 2016 ( seaman tatay nya at ngtrabaho sa isang cruise ship)... umuwi sya sa Pilipinas this year..ipinatawag ko siya sa DSWD, ngkasundu at nagpirmahan kami na susuportahan niya anak namin ..sumakay siya ulit ng barko at until now,hindi siya nagbigay sustento. Makakahabol kaya ako sa kanya?? Please need help...thank you.

Pwede mo syang kasuhan kaso hanggat di sya bumabalik sa pinas, hindi sya mapapanagot ng batas kahit pa makakuha ka ng favorable result from the court.

Ganun bah? So,kahit di nakadala sa apelyido niya ang anak namin,makakahabol pa rin ako sa kanya? May written agreement kami nung umuwi siya,may pirma niya naka -attached dun then pina -notarized ko sa isang abogado..please enlighten me.thanks

Is it possible na mapauwi siya pabalik dito sa pinas once magfile ako nang kaso? I know his agency and natry ko nah rin magpadala sa kanya nang sulat as per POEA before siya umuwi sa pinas.

Attorney,please..please..I need your advice..ano kaya maganda kong gagawin?? Since di siya tumupad sa written agreement namin sa DSWD ( with our signatures) ,pumirma sya kahit di nakadala anak namin sa surname niya kasi alam na alam niya na anak niya ito ...currently,he's working abroad..please attorney,I'm desperate now 😢

if the agreement was notarized or done before the barangay, you can go to the nearest PAO office and ask for assistance

Ano posibleng mangyari or response Attorney if I filed AFFIDAVIT OF COMPLAINT FOR CHILD SUPPORT?? NAfile na po ito sa POEA (received)since seaman sya at currently on board,..may copies na ang POEA at ang kanyang manning agency .

My answer is still the same. You should go to the nearest PAO office and they might help you initiate a complaint for RA 9262
