Land ownership in the Philippines after changing nationality

Dear everyone,

Gusto ko lang po sana humingi ng advice about property ownership after changing to other nationality.

Currently meron po akong under 500sqm land sa Pilipinas. Nakatira po ako ngayon sa Japan for already more than 10 years.
Gusto ko po sana kumuha ng Japanese Passport kasi achievable ko na naman po however, what I worry is Japanese government does not allow dual citizenship and upon changing of nationality, I need to give up my Philippine Passport, and nationality.

I have researched for a while na as a natural born Filipino, I am still entitled to own a land with some limitations however.

Ayoko lang po magkaconflict ang kabibili ko lang na land sa pilipinas sa pag papachange ko ng citizenship.

I am a natural-born Filipino.

One option na I still do not know if possible is, give up my Philippine Nationality once upon accepting Japanese Nationality, then just acquire the Philippine Nationality nalang uli.

I do not really wish na magkameron ng inconsistency that is why hiding, forging, etc. my papers or nationality is out of the question.

I just wanted to have the Japanese Passport.
