I bought my cousin's subdivided property long time ago but never got to transfer ownership so nasa pangalan pa rin ng pinsan ko. Pinahawak ko ang mga titulo sa kapatid at hinulugan nya ang titulu sa akin. Bayad unti unti. Sa pagkaalam ko, di pa sha tapos magbayad. May natitira pa ako sa property. Nalaman ko last year na pinapirma na pala ng kapatid ko ang pinsan ko ng transfer of title sa pangalan nya bagamat nagusap na kami na babawiin ko na ang lupa ko.
