it is owned by the condominium corporation, where you are a member and own in common with all the other unit owners.

Hi,
I recently got the SEC Registration of the Condominium Corp and the Mother TCT which our townouse is situated. The SEC Reg looks like is in proper order but the TCT is still in the developer's name.
Is this normal in those days? (the townhouse was built in 1990) Do I need to ask the developer to transfer to the Condo Corp or is it an unproductive excercise?

the TCT on the property and common areas should be transferred by the developer to the homeowner's association. if it refuses then the proper remedy is to file a case at HLURB
