An executive of a company verbally asserts to his employee:

Hindi mo pa ba nahahalata? Kaya ka nga namin ni-reassign diyan sa trabaho mo ngayon eh baka sakaling mag-resign ka!

If that statement was recorded (no wiretapping), can that be a valid evidence for constructive dismissal?
