Hi,

I would just like to ask if there is something that can be done to a Supervisor who's looking for loop holes but there's malice behind it.

Please advise

What if the person involved is also at fault, like violated a Company Policy?

Also, the person knows that the Supervisor has insiders at the HR Department, will this still be the best course of action?

If in the event the person involved decided to go to HR to discuss the matter, will the violation be overlooked?

Please advise.

then report the matter to someone of higher position who he feels will be impartial. just make sure that he has solid evidences for his accusations against his superior and HR personnels. also, if he violated company policy, definitely there is a chance that he will also reprimanded when this comes to light with the management.
