I'm seeking advice for my SO.
She went to a clinic last week to get her stiff neck looked at and was given medicine that sent her to the ER the next day due to an allergic reaction from it.
The results given to us by the ER was that the drug was in the family of ibuprofen, a drug she's allergic to.
Fact: We've explicitly said that she's allergic to ibuprofen before she was given a prescription.
Also, if anyone can point me towards where I can make a formal consultation (that doesn't have a large fee please) that would be great.
