Arresto Menor

Hi,
Help naman po, I have a friend na victim ng pamboboso habang naliligo sya. Nahuli nyang may kamay na may hawak ng cp na binababa sa butas ng kisame. Nung inakyat nila tinangge nung lalake na may cp sya, nagreport sa barangay ung friend ko kaso nagtago na ung lalaki. 1 month na nakalipas. Kaso parang paranoid sya lagi na baka may lumabas ng picture nya. Ano po bang dapat gawin nya?
