nagsampa po kami ng kasong attempted rape laban sa ka opisina ng asawa ko. ito po ay naisumite na po sa RTC ng laguna. maghihintay na lang daw po kmi ng subpoena. anu pong mang yayari kung sakaling hindi mareceive ng suspect ung subpoena kasi d po namin alam ung address nia at hindi na rin po sya pumapasok. yung address na nasa file ng kumpanya nila eh address ng inuupahan nia dati? maraming salamat po

the case will be archived if he is not arrested. the warrant will remain pending until then. in these cases, the private party normally has to spend and exert effort to track down the accused. or you can just wait for the police to find him someday.
