Good Day Atty. Just want to ask kung ano po legal action pwede kong gawin? May nahiraman po kasi ako ng pera. I'm willing to settle na naman po. Kaya lang kasi patuloy po tumutubo even though 20% vs. Basic amount ang pinirmahan ko sa kanya sa index card. Also pati iyong interest dinadagdagan niya pa po ng interest. Also wala naman din siya legal doscuments na may ganun business siya. Mas adviseable po ba na bank transaction na lang ang payment instead of pareceive ko sa kanya?Ano po kaya pwede kong gawin? Thank you.
