Hi po good evening, ask ko lang po ano po ba mangyayari if ang isang tao nagtatrabaho and let say nag earn ng 24k a month net. And not paying taxes or ang fees.
And no contract sa employer niya.
Is there anycase na na pwd sa kanya? Or need e contact ang DOLE? Thanks po

have you try to ask your employer why there is no contract?

are you considered an employee or like an outside contractor? but without a contract, you are deemed a regular employee
