Employed po ako for almost 7 months and I have no any contract. Tapos ngayon po, itterminate na ko. Ano pong pwede ko gawin? Thank you po.

moderator

the moment you started work you were a regular employee even without a written contract. you can be terminated only with a valid cause and due process else it will be illegal dismissal.
