The son of my Ninang’s Bestfriend and I were both drunk and I touched his d**k without his consent. I don’t remember much of what happened but I’m pretty sure that is all that happened and not anything more than that. He didn’t react ‘coz I thought he was drunk and sleeping and turns out he isn’t and after a couple of months wants to sue me for it ‘coz he feels traumatized and my Ninang just told me this. What charges am I facing in case he sues me? Can someone walk me through it? Thank you for the help.
