Is there a Labor Law provision to penalize Company practicing Delay of Salary even they have cut off period?

We have the same problem, we started Nov 2 we are under the impression that we will all get our payout on the 15th

We are 11 people in total but only 8 got their payout on the 15th the 3 of us did not. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

sa ngayon walang penalty sa employers kapag di nag papasahod sa tamang araw. pero pwede ninyo na ireklamo ito sa DOLE para matulungan kayo sa pag kuha ng sahod ninyo

punta ka lang sa dole, sila ang tatawag sa employer para sabihan na ibigay na ang sahod nyo. malamang tatawad yan ng one or two weeks pa. tapos mag follow up ulit ang dole saka nila ibibigay
