Hi ma'am/sir
Gusto po sana itanung kung ano po dapat kung gawen dahil hindi po ako nakapasok ng 2 days sa office and then nag advice po saakin ang officemate ko na sinabihan daw po sila ng superior namin na awol na daw po ako. Kaya hindi na po ako pumasok because of that. Makukuha ko pa po ba ang aking 13th month pay??

Tsaka pwede din po ba ako mag sampa ng kaso laban sa employer ko kasi maging ang hr po wala pong advice na awol na pala ako. I hope po you read my message thank you

Dapat di ka basta basta naniniwala sa sinasabi ng kasamahan mo. Malay mo mali sila. pero ngayon, since tinuloy mo, na awol ka na nga.

And mabibigyan ka lang ng advice/notice ng HR na awol ka kung: 1) bumalik sa trabaho, serve sa iyo ang memo na magpaliwanag ka kung bakit awol ka or 2) padala sa address mo na nakalagay sa record nila ang memo na return to work order.

For those cases po ba ei makukuha parin ang 13th month pay or ihohold po ni employer lahat ng benefets na matatanggap ng isa employee onece na nag awol??

nag bibigay ang HR ng advice na awol ang empleyado pero sa paraan na sinabi ko.

regarding 13th month pay, binibigay pa rin yan.. mag clearance ka nga lang muna. mag report ka na lang sa HR ninyo para ayusin yan.
