Good Day!
Ask just want to ask a favor of advise. I want to change my GIVEN NAME AND SURNAME. Just to exchange my middle name into my surname is it possible to happen? What are the requirements and procedure to execute?

for the first name, you can check with your local civil registrar, as for the last name change, you will have to go to court.

Good day. How much will it cost to change the given name of my 1 year and 6 month old baby?
If asked, what valid reason may you suggest that I should give them?
I want to change the name of my baby because her name is connected with her father, who is in fact, has no more given support to her; clearly the father of my child doesn't care for the baby.

@YiddahE.
what I would advise is instead of changing the child's name, send a demand letter to the father asking for support. if he did no comply, sue him.
