Hi, just seeking for legal advice. May 2 years contract ako sa stall kaya lang hnd ko matutuloy dahil bankrupt na business. Gusto ng owner may kapalit kami para makaalis kaya lang wala na kaming pera pambayad ng rent and pag umalis daw kami, idedemanda daw kami. Ano po kaya pwd namin gawin?

Dahil sa 2 years ang contract mo, may basehan yung owner para mademanda ka ng breach of contract kung hindi mo tapusin, unless maibigay mo yung gusto nyang maghanap ka na lang ng papalit sayo na magtutuloy ng kontrata mo para hindi na sya magdemanda.
